RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be aware that most EFX dye-sublimated apparel and accessories are made to order. Because of this, we maintain a strict Return, Exchange, and Cancellation policy outlined below:


GENERAL TERMS

  • Restocking Fee: All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items and receiving replacements.

  • Order Adjustments: Online purchases are processed within 48 hours. Any changes must be requested within this window. Once the 48 hours have passed, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Order Approvals: No approval is required to process orders made through the website.

  • Proof Policy: Semi-custom orders requiring more than three (3) design proofs—whether ordered online or via email—may incur additional charges.


RETURN & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized items (e.g., name drops or personalization)

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Products that have been worn or used

All other returns/exchanges are subject to management discretion based on the item(s) ordered

ONLINE RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Refunds will not be granted if:

    • The item is damaged, or

    • The product does not meet the stated order specifications or requirements


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement.

  • No cancellations will be accepted after the 48-hour window due to the custom nature of our production process.


RUSH ORDERS

  • No cancellations or changes are permitted for rush orders.

  • These are processed immediately upon receipt to meet tight deadlines.
