RETURN / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION POLICY

Most EFX dye-sublimated apparel and accessories are made to order. Because of that, we maintain a strict return, exchange, and cancellation policy. Please read the terms below before placing your order.

Heads up: Customized items, worn products, and products returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. See "Return & exchange eligibility" below.

General terms

  • Restocking fee — All returns and exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs — Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning items and receiving replacements.
  • Order adjustments — Online purchases are processed within 48 hours. Any changes must be requested within this window. Once 48 hours have passed, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • Order approvals — No approval is required to process orders made through the website.
  • Proof policy — Semi-custom orders requiring more than three (3) design proofs — whether ordered online or via email — may incur additional charges.

Return & exchange eligibility

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized items (e.g., name drops or personalization)
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products that have been worn or used

All other returns and exchanges are subject to management discretion based on the item(s) ordered.

Online returns & refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds will not be granted if:
    • The item is damaged, or
    • The product does not meet the stated order specifications or requirements

Order cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after the 48-hour window due to the custom nature of our production process.

Rush orders

Important: Rush orders cannot be canceled or changed. These are processed immediately upon receipt to meet tight deadlines.
