SHIPPING AND ORDER STATUS

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Standard Shipping: All non-expedited orders are shipped based on the courier selected. Transit times vary depending on the courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

  • Expedited Orders: Orders marked for 5-Business Day production are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly from our overseas manufacturing office. Any tariff fees incurred will be paid by EFX. 

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Custom Products: Have a standard production turnaround time of 25 business days. This time frame applies only to production and does not include shipping or transit.

EXPEDITED PRODUCTION TURNAROUND

  • Expedited turnaround applies only to production time and does not include shipping.

  • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST for same-day expedited production to begin.
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next calendar day.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

  • Every shipment includes a minimum insurance value of $50.

  • Additional insurance can be requested at the time of order. Extra fees may apply depending on the amount requested.

The status shown provides real-time production updates and reflects where your order is within our production process. Please note that the status will change periodically as your order progresses.

To access your order, you will need:

  • Order ID (numbers only)

  • Last name for confirmation

Your Order ID can be found in your original order confirmation email.

Please note that email notifications are not sent for production status changes. You may check the link above at any time for the most up-to-date information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
