Standard Shipping: All non-expedited orders are shipped based on the courier selected. Transit times vary depending on the courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Expedited Orders: Orders marked for 5-Business Day or 10-Business Day production are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or UPS directly from our overseas manufacturing office.
In-Stock Items: Ship within 1–2 business days.
Custom Products: Have a standard production turnaround time of 20–25 business days. This time frame applies only to production and does not include shipping or transit.
Expedited turnaround applies only to production time and does not include shipping.
Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST for same-day expedited production to begin.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next calendar day.
Every shipment includes a minimum insurance value of $50.
Additional insurance can be requested at the time of order. Extra fees may apply depending on the amount requested.

Prepping for Production – Artwork Design
In Production – Prepping for Print
In Production – Printing
In Production – Prepping for Cutting
In Production – Prepping for Stitching
In Production – Quality Control Inspection
Prepping for Shipment – Final Stage
Once the order is fulfilled, tracking information will be sent to the email address on file.
